On-Device Storage and Deletion

Your project data, including any notes, images, and saved outputs, remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's local data through Android settings, or uninstall the App. The App provides options to delete individual items or clear all local data.

If you export files, those exported copies remain wherever you choose to save or share them. You are responsible for managing those copies on your own device or services.

Export and External Actions

The App allows you to export, copy, or share locally generated outputs, such as zone-tied action packs or summaries, through Android system actions. This occurs only when you initiate it.

The App may also open external Android services when you choose to perform certain actions, such as opening a website in a browser, composing an email, viewing a location in maps, or using the Android share sheet. These actions are user-initiated, and those external services operate under their own privacy practices.

The App does not automatically transmit your local content to the Company as part of exporting or sharing; it simply hands the selected file or content to the Android system for you to share.

Optional Local Images

If you choose to attach images to your project, those images are stored as local app content on your device. They are not automatically uploaded to the Company or to any cloud service. You select them yourself, and they remain on your device unless you delete them, clear app data, or export them manually.

What the App Does Not Include

The App does not require login or account registration, does not process payments, does not offer subscriptions, and does not provide monetisation features. The App is a local tool provided for your planning use.

Use Limits and Important Notice

The App is a planning and educational room-readiness review tool. Its outputs are based on information you enter and are intended as practical aids for your own planning. They are not a substitute for professional site assessment, compliance review, or formal institutional policy.

The App does not provide legal, safeguarding, medical, diagnostic, or formal compliance decisions. It does not constitute legal, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice. You should rely on qualified professionals for any formal determinations.

Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear local app data, or uninstall the application. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them. The Company does not retain your local data because it is not transmitted to us.

Security

The App keeps your local content within its own storage on the device. The security of that content depends in part on the security of your device, and you are responsible for protecting your device, such as by using a screen lock. The Company does not store your local data on its servers.
